iBi Exchange, Refund & Cancellation Policy
At iBi, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Exchange, Refund, and Cancellation Policy below for guidance on how we can assist you.
iBi Exchange Process
For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetics cannot be exchanged.
If you have received a faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied product, please contact our Customer Service team at +971 58 558 5338 to arrange pick-up and return.
All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval upon receipt of the returned item.
Refunds
Subject to the above exclusions, we will process a refund upon receipt of the returned faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products, excluding any delivery charges paid at the time of ordering.
Bundles cannot be partially returned or refunded.
Any refunds issued by iBi in relation to returns will be processed as follows:

For any Cash on Delivery orders, customers may be refunded via eGift card if the online returns option is selected.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so by contacting our Customer Service department at +971 58 558 5338 during working hours and within one (1) hour of placing your order.
If you paid by credit card or debit card and cancel in accordance with this policy, we will reverse the authorization or process a refund transaction (as applicable) as soon as possible. However, iBi is not responsible for how long the refund takes to reflect in your account, as this depends on your bank’s processing procedures.
Please note that we cannot accept cancellation requests outside the specified timeframe. Once the order has been processed, it can only be canceled through the returns and refunds process outlined above.
